Yesterday's Levante news announced that infrastructure works will start in March. The 2000 houses, hotel and sports complex will follow!
Personally I'd be more surprised if they started in March than if the opening ribbon was cut by Elvis sitting atop Shergar!
Well as the owner of a property on around the ninth hole i can say i'm definatley being brought out.
